Iki Nori is a handroll-first sushi bar on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. We keep things simple: the freshest fish, perfectly seasoned rice, and crispy nori — rolled right in front of you and served the moment it's ready.

Our handrolls are meant to be eaten immediately, while the nori is still warm and crunchy. That's the whole point. No waiting, no fuss — just pure, clean sushi the way it's supposed to be.
