The Handroll Experience

Iki Nori exists because we believe a handroll should be eaten within 30 seconds of being made. That's when the nori is at peak crunch, the rice is still warm, and the fish is glistening fresh. Wait any longer and you've missed the best part.

We set up our bar so you can watch every roll being made. It's fast, it's fun, and it's the most honest way to eat sushi — nothing hidden, nothing pre-made, just the chef's hands and the freshest ingredients we can find.

You'll find us at 6464 Sunset Boulevard — a casual, walk-in sushi counter with seats at the bar and a vibe that's equal parts neighborhood hangout and serious sushi spot. Come alone, come with friends, come on a date. Everyone ends up at the bar.
