Iki Nori is a 12-seat hand roll bar at 6464 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, operated by the team behind Koreatown's Iki Ramen. The restaurant specializes in temaki (hand rolls), nigiri, and sashimi served in an intimate setting.

Hand rolls are made to order and served immediately — the nori stays crispy, the rice stays warm. The menu includes premium options like toro, salmon truffle, scallop uni, and A5 Wagyu. Sake and shochu by the glass, large bottle selection available.
