No reservations — that's by design. The handroll bar experience is spontaneous. Walk in, grab a seat, and let the chefs take care of you.

Quieter times: Weekday lunch (12-2 PM) and early dinner (5-6 PM). Friday and Saturday nights get busy after 7 PM.
